Nella competizione a squadre del sabato, la compagine laniera composta da Capitan Jon Scotta , Bodin, Papini e Pisca ha vinto agevolmente il proprio girone eliminatorio concedendo quasi nulla agli avversari.
Partita dal sapore di serie B quella vinta ai quarti di finale con un Cagliari rimaneggiato , ma comunque competitivo.
Semifinale “thrilling” quella con il Master Sanremo che veniva risolta ad un secondo dalla fine del tempo supplementare grazie ad un rigore trasformato da Mastrantuono G. contro Pisca.
Un po’ di rammarico alla fine per la sconfitta beffarda che nulla toglie alla bravura dei biellesi, capaci di ribaltare il risultato da 0-3, at the beginning of 2nd half, at 2-2.

Tutto farebbe pensare ad una partita proibitiva, ma invece questa differenza non esiste. Finisce Placed for 1-1 and yields to a miserable 0-1 from long range.
