SanSalvichipuò The Committee and the list of citizenship perUnaltracittà have submitted several amendments to the Structure Plan being adopted by which aim to

• establish the Parco di San Salvi,
• functionally integrate the park into the system of green areas of District 2,
• promote and strengthen farming in peri-urban areas of the zone,
• establish the underground railway station of San Salvi,
• rethink the urban plan has been approved to accommodate the requests of citizens and the world of culture on the necessity and the right to use the area as a resource to spread use and social use values \u200b\u200bon an urban scale.

The area of \u200b\u200bthe hospital complex of San Salvi, of great historical and environmental value must be subtracted from speculative intentions who want to transform it, in large part, in the luxury residential area. The amendments that we present - some of which were also signed by Councillor Thomas Fats Spini for Florence - urging the Administration to seize this extraordinary opportunity to redefine the new Structure Plan for the Plan of San Salvi. In light of the demands that citizens and the world of culture are expressed with increasing intensity and tenacity, we believe that this area should establish a real PARK SAN SALVI, where the memory of places, experiences of exclusion and social suffering, is interwoven with a raise of the social service district and the city. The park, with its exceptional natural heritage, could become a new central green dell'UTOE not only 2 but all over the District 2, organically linking this strategy with other green areas of the district, from Settignano, the Park of the shelf, on which areas of the park Gignoro at Villa Favard Arno river to the east of the city.

TEXT OF AMENDMENTS TO THE REPORT OF THE STRUCTURAL PLAN - p. 118

- Dopo “Relativamente alla dotazione di verde pubblico, si rileva che questa parte di città non risulta sostanzialmente carente, né dal punto di vista quantitativo, né qualitativo in quanto la presenza dei giardini di Campo Marte, Coverciano, il Parco di San Salvi, l’Area Pettini, il limitrofo Parco del Ventaglio, i corridoi verdi rappresentati dalle sponde del Mugnone e dal percorso lungo il tracciato dell’Affrico costituiscono un sufficiente sistema di verde collegato da piste ciclabili esistenti o di progetto da integrare solamente in alcuni tratti.”

EMENDAMENTO AGGIUNTIVO

“Al fine di consolidare la dotazione di verde pubblico dell’area viene proposta la costituzione del Parco di San Salvi, che potrà quindi divenire una nuova centralità verde non solo dell’UTOE 2 ma di tutto il Quartiere 2, collegando organicamente quest’area strategica con le altre aree verdi del quartiere.”

- Dopo “Per quanto concerne le piste ciclabili, si ritiene di integrare il sistema esistente con alcuni tratti che colleghino o attraversino le aree verdi esistenti: da San Salvi fino al parco del Mensola, da villa Favard al parco fluviale dell’Arno ad est della città.”

EMENDAMENTO AGGIUNTIVO

“Per quanto riguarda le aree seminaturali pedecollinari, del Sub sistema della pianura coltivata e dell’ANPIL del Torrente Mensola, si ritiene che debbano essere conservati e potenziati sia gli assetti territoriali che gestionali di tutte quelle attività definite di ‘agricoltura periurbana’, stimolando anche forme innovative e partecipate di conduzione delle stesse.”
